1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your vape product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning (e.g., leaking, not working, broken packaging), you may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, flavor, or quantity, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- Unopened & Unused Products: Unopened, unused, and undamaged vape products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the original packaging is intact and the product is in resalable condition (complies with vape safety and hygiene regulations).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items arenon-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used vape products (including disposable e-cigarettes, pods, or cartridges) – due to hygiene and safety risks.
- Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or user error (e.g., dropping, tampering, or incorrect storage).
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
- Products past the expiration date.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Support Email] with your order number, full name, and details of the issue (e.g., damaged product, wrong item). Include clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and any damage to support your request.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions (including shipping address).
- Ship the Product: Package the product securely (preferably in the original packaging) and include the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Track Your Return: Keep the shipping tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund (including original shipping cost, if applicable). For unopened returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-resalable condition (if eligible).
5. Exchanges
